The 70 recipes of the 22,5 cm x 22cm hardcover book don’t convince by well arranged vegetable side dishes, but by tangible and delicious dishes that will satisfy every hunger. Under the headings “starter”, “Salads,” “Soups”, “Mains” and “Sweets” even long-standing friends such as burgers, stews, chili, meatballs and Co. appear, but – of course – without meat, bacon or fish. The recipes can be easily implemented, because they are all without the use of exotic ingredients.
